Hi all, I am just writing to everyone on here to inform you of a group that i had dealt with. I was forced to leave the state of florida and had some issues in my home in Florida and had contacted Deland Paranormal Society.

They were all very nice individuals, and were very professional with their approach, however i had let them into my house multiple times to do what it is that they do, and was informed i would have results soon. I then received a phone call stating "we had nothing on evidence" which i understood, it is part of the paranormal game!

HOWEVER, i had asked for them to simply send me personal experiences in the house and was promised ON MULTIPLE occasions they would do so. Well, on excuse led to another....

I'm not saying they are bad people, or fraudulent because by all means they are not, but consider this constructive criticism on your structure and just strive to improve it, or restructure!!!!

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

Sun, August 23, 2015

I am very sorry. We were never even notified of this filing, nor were we given an opportunity to make this right for the client. Upon the completion of our investigation at this property, our findings were nothing and this was reported to the owner of the property. I had responded via email in response to the request for personal experiences, at which point I had explained our team experience unexplainable joint pain, at which point she replied stating her son had unexplainable joint pain at that property as well.

The email we had sent stated that any members with personal experiences would in fact send their personal experience, which i had done in an email between us.

If the client was expecting something be mailed, we greatly apologize as we were under the impression email correspondence would be sufficient!

They were also made aware that the group disbanded shortly thereafter when we lost a bunch of members.

We apologize again for any and all inconveniences or misunderstandings.

We thank you for your patronage

So if you had letter a that said they didn't find a ghost you would be happy?  They already told you that on the phone.

Deland Paranormal Society is a 22 year old in Deland Florida. He doesn't claim he knows anything about ghosts but will hunt for ghosts for free.

Why do you need in writing what he already told you on the phone?  That  "we had nothing on evidence"?
