In March, 2008, the Social Security Administration began deducting 15% of my monthly disability benefits for an old school loan I did receive of $2,600.  Upon further inquiry to Sallie Mae and other loan agencies involved, I discovered I allegedly owed more than $12,000 dollars.

After many months and phone calls, these agencies finally apprised me that DCCC accepted funds I requested in 1998 of $5,400 which were never disbursed to me. Interest and collection fees greatly increased the sum total.

In 1998 I signed a promissory note to DCCC requesting future Sallie Mae loans for further classes which I was unable to attend.  Apparently DCCC used this promissory note in a legal judgement against me for funds which I never received.

For months now I have written DCCC Financial AID office and have been given double-talk and, finally, am being ignored by them.  I do have complete and accurate email records of these communications with DCCC.
