Beware of Hiring Faith Miller from Delbello, Donnellan & Weingarten. She is a divorce attorney based in White Plains and is engaged to the head magistrate of Westchester County Court. She is a VERY dangerous person. I hired her to handle a very straight forward divorce which involved child custody. She billed me 50K in 6 weeks and then when I couldn't pay, she sent me a blackmail email stating that I had to pay her the remaining balance plus an extra 15K by next day or she wouldn't come to my court hearing. I later found out she is engaged to the head magistrate of the Westchester county court and I became and still am a victim of true collusion. It's no coincidence that the Law Guardian turned the kids over to my ex, when in the beginning she told me he was unfit and only getting custody for child support. It's no coincident that the court referee assigned was very close to my ex's attorney and continued to tell me to give him the kids. It's no coincidence that when I went to a trial, Judge O'Connell told me I would lose the case...and that she had already made up her mind! (before trial started!) It's no coincidence that my ex was awarded all legal fees and the deed to house that I never approved!

I tried to get the case moved and was denied by Judge Walker...Apparently a good buddy of Faith Miller and her Fiance Alain Shankman

Stop the Collusion. How can a court get away with this? I have written to all the suggested agencies and no one wants to touch this with a 10 foot pole.

Who else has been affected by this firm?
