Complaint Review: Delbert Deel Arizona Lawn Delbert Deel Jr.

Delbert Deel Jr. was SUPPOSED to install a fountain for us the week of December 15, 2002.

He intalled the fountain and finished in the dark telling me he was done and that he would be back tomorrow to help me fill it. We paid him in full. Upon inspection the next day, the pump was not installed and no where to be found making the fountain useless. My yard was dug up. Water lines had been hit and flooded my yard everytime the sprinklers turned on. The electrical was not complete and the fountain was not sealed.

Since then (today is 3-7-03- TWO MONTHS LATER) He has ignored our calls, doesn't return messages, lives with his parenst who cover for him on the phone and has promnised repeatedly he will rerturn in "a few hours" or "that afternoon" to finish. Delbert has EVERY excuse in the book from "I've been in jail" to "I got sick from Menudo" to "I'm very busy".

He is a classic "weasal" and the most dishonorable man you will ever meet. DON'T DEAL WITH HIM- YOU WILL BE SORRY! Fake and a phony. Has had other criminal activity in the past. He'll take your money and lead you on for months - or indefinately. To say he has no consideration doesn't even begin to describe his attitude. He has GREATLY disrupted our lives and taken advantage of our patience and time. God have pity on the next person who hires him.
