Complaint Review: Delbert Deel

After buying some boulders off of Delbert's truck, we would occasionally see him driving through our neighborhood. He "seemed" to know everyone, and "seemed" to be trustworthy. He promised us some dirt, we paid him $250 and have yet to see the dirt, or Delbert. We have two phone numbers for him- both bogus, and one of the people that he referred to us to do pavers (which we will NOT be using, for obvious reasons) gave us a third number, which also did not work.

I wish we had have googled Delbert prior to writing him the check. I doubt we will see the money or Delbert again.
