I have filed credit disputes with Experian credit bureau in regards to Delbert Services (Cash CAll & Western Sky) It has taken me multiple tries to get them to say paid, charge off on my credit report. I submitted my Minnesota pay day loan statutes that stated Minesota can only recieve upto $350 for a payday loan & and I submitted a letter of dispute from Franklin Services.
Anymore information from anyone would be great...
As far as I am concerned, I would like this off my credit report completely, atleast I got them to say "paid, charge off" on my credit report.
Again, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
