My complaint is about Delbert Services, a collection agency out of Las Vegas, NV. I obtained a loan a year ago from Western Sky, who is now being sued for illegally lending and illegally charging up to 343% interest on loans. My loan amount was $2,500 and Delbert is trying to collect $4,686 and I am disputing the loan.
I have submitted many complaints to the FDCPA, FTC, BBB, and my state Attorney General's office. I have researched the lawsuit online against Western Sky-Cash Call-Delbert. They are all being sued for illegal fraudulent loans.
