Delicatepurr.com is a company that sells cat toys online. When you order, your order takes a very long time to process. After you inquire by email, you're ignored. After I inquire yet again, after another weeks silence, I asked for a cancel of the order and a full refund. I was then sent a message saying my order was being shipped.

After receiving the order, I found out, half of the product was unusable. Four colored sleeves are sent with a ball. You can apparently change the sleeves at will. Two of the sleeves did not fit the toy. They were too small. One was so inadequately measured, the zipper broke. I sent yet another email asking about a refund.

They replied saying the only refunds are if you return the toy brand new, unopened and unused. In order to find out that parts of the toy do not work, you HAVE TO OPEN IT FFS. Do. Not. EVER. Order. From. These. People. Awful customer service.
