I bought a computer from Dell Canada. Each time I used it it seemed to run slower. I cleaned the drive and defragmented. It worked ok for a while then started running slower and it got worse, Sometimes it would not even start for 3-5 minutes.

I called service, on hold for 35 min. and Jeff told me to defragment in 'safe mode' I did this. The computer was the worse it had been. I was told to update memory. This is on a computer less than a month old. So I bought 1gig. They sent me 256 mb.

I called for service, on hold 45 min. Nothing can be done. I told them I wanted to return it. Shirley said she would put in a request. I told her it was a demand.. that is where it is at.

They said she will send return info for ups. I will not hold my breath.
