#2Consumer Suggestion

This might get interesting for Dell if bill gates and co. find out that Dell is giving customers "pirated" software. Micorsoft doesn't take kindly to OEM pc sellers ripping them off of $$. So get a bigger compnay on your side against dell to your advantage.

But be sure your certificate that came with your WindowsXP has the authenticity hologram on either the CD(s) or on the book usually with the serial key needed to re-install WindowsXP. If you think it may be fake Contact the Microsoft piracy unit ASAP and that might be the way to take care of DELL!

Best wishes!
