Complaint Review: Dell Computer Corporation - Jose Mendoza

hello, i bought a dell desk top computer. i did not order a printer at- 89.00, or a 10 ft. usb cable-at 24.95.they sent one anyway. they offer no FAX so you can show them the sale CODE-NUMBER!!! they conneced me to a dell. help line. IN INDIA!!! you can not understand these people in some other countries. he MR JOSE MENDOZA SAID TO FAX him a copy of my invoice. he gave me a fax#. i tryed to send, no luck. can you belive this RIP-OFF??? i never got my 113.95 $ BACK. GOOD LUCK TO RIP-OFF DELL!!!
