In May I went online and Purchased a Dell Computer using Dell instant online credit and set up for it to be delivered to my parents within 10 days. After 10 days, no computer arrived, so I began to try to track it, first online with the so called tracking number (that was a joke), then through numerous phone call to Dell Financial & Customer Care (bigger joke).

After being on hold for about a total of 2 hours, they finally said financial made a mistake and customer service cancelled the order, but they are not allowed to interact. Since they could not call each other, I went back and forth between Dell Financial and Dell Customer Service for about 2 hours, I finally said cancel & close my account.

During this time I requested to speak with a Supervisor numerous times, I was told by four different "customer service" reps that they WOULD NOT give me a supervisor.

I finally got through to someone in Coporate who apologized, said it was all taken care of. Two months later, I received a bill for $2,000 for the computer, I called, they said it was a mistake don't worry about it.

One month later, this week, I get a call at the College I work for from a Collection Agency saying I owe Dell for products. I have spent the last 3 days on hold, transferred 16 times, and a total hold time of 3 hours.

As of today, they say the situation is resolved. However, I am waging an all out War against Dell and their incompetence. This is my beginning.
