I purchased a Dell computer in July of 2003. It is January 18th and I am still not getting my $100.00 rebate.

First of all, I spent 3 hours on the telephone trying to get a rebate form. All I could get were telephone menus that led to other menus. I had to go to a sales # to get a live person, as all the auto-sales recordings directed me to a web site to download form, and I don't have a printer.

I mailed the form in and waited a few months to no avail. I called in and waited about 20 mins. and fially got some guy from India that I could hardly understand, who told me that they had never received my form. I got mad and hung up.

Called back a few days later and couldn't get through so I went to Dells rebate website and complained there and got an email several days later that had a phone number to call. I called the number and a lady answered and wanted to know who gave me her #? I told her and she said they would credit me $100.00 to my credit card. That was over a month ago, and no money has been credited.

My son just bought a Gateway pc cause I told him my troubles with Dell. I don't know what to do anymore.
