DELL COMPUTER sold me a bad computer the business that doesnt give a dam. Rip-off. Nationwide

I bought a Dell computer in March of 2002. I have called them everytime I think about it, and no one knows what to do. I use it in a business and I need it to work properly.

You might want to describe exactly what you are seeing as a problem with your computer. Perhaps someone reading your explanation will be able to assist you with some suggestions. PC world and PC magazine are great resources that can offer solutions to problems as well. Also TechTV has a good forum and call in service too (access to this channel should be on cable or satelite). Check with your friends and co-workers for a computer repair person they may have utilized in the past. With the myriad of folks reporting customer service problems, you are better off attempting to fix problems yourself. Good luck!
