Dell Computers computer rebate ripoff Austin Texas
For some time now Dell has had a commercial on T.V. offering a desktop compurt with a free printer for $299.00 after a seventy five dollar rebate. I had one charged to my credit card in July.
My account was charged and I received the computer, but now they refuse to give me my rebate.I called two different numbers and their only explanation was that they did not show that I qualified for one.

I had the same problem with them when I bought my computer. I told them that I was going to pack everything back up send it right back to them if they didn't give me my money. And not in a nice way either, I was mean, but I received my money.
