I was having problems with the monitor on my laptop computer. I sent it in to be repaired. They replaced the monitor and for whatever reason they replaced the modem also. After I received it back I started having problems getting the A/C adapter to work. I made a call to Dell and they decided it was the A/C adapter. Well for one reason or another it took over one month to receive the A/C adapter.

Well guess what the power adapter did not resolve the problem. I called Dell again only this time I am told that my warranty has run out. And now thye want me to spend $629.00 plus shipping to repair my laptop that worked good except for a fuzzy picture when they fixed it the first time.

In my eyes Dell is just another retailer that is there to ripoff the consumer and make as much profit as they can. I have tried explaining to them thagt there was nothing wrong except the monitor, but they took it upon themselves to replace the modem. I think they fried the motherboard and used the A/C adapter as an excuse to cover up their mistakes. Dell is just anothher ripoff.
