Dell Computers Have Lousy Customer Service Won't even answer questions unless you pay them Internet

Dell Computer Co. couldn't care less about the people who have their computers. My sister has one on which first her email stopped working, and after talking to her broadband provider and then Microsoft, and doing what they both told her to do to the computer, Internet Explorer stopped working totally and she couldn't even get online.

 
After calling Dell she finally talked the guy into sending her program discs, which she didn't even get with the computer, so Windows XP could be re-installed. I was trying to help her install it, but I only use Macs so I was having trouble getting it to install.

We called Dell to ask what we had to do, but the guy in India refused to do anything, wouldn't answer any questions on how to reboot from the disc or do anything, unless we would pay him $70.00. Blackmail anyone? 

What kind of service is that! Buy our computers but don't ask for help, screw you customer. I would never buy a Dell, and neither should you.
