Complaint Review: DELL COMPUTERS CORP.

Dell sold me a computer for almost $2000.
After I battle with them for five months to credit my account back as they charged on my credit card.
Their operating system window ME does not work properly as per their own technical suport they refuse to give me another operating system which I requested in exchange.

They want to sell me any other windows I want like window 2000 or window XP but will not exchange as they want to make more money by giving my a bad operating system. My computer freeze all the time and they cheap support sitting in India can not solve my problem.

The only way they know solve the problem to "AFORMAT" the machine. If you have done Aformating the computer you know how painfull that is.

Dell claim that they are the "WORLD LEADING COMPANY" no they are the "WORLD CHEATING COMPANY".
They have sold this machine to me which does not operate properly I complaint to better business bureau also they are asking me to take legal action through texas lawyers.I am in california and working man.I dont have money or time to go after them.

Please do not do business or buy their product they are theives with licience to steal.
Dell is Hell and a ripoff.
