I purchased this computer almost three years ago. The selling point was I would have LIFETIME tech support and 4 years hardware warranty. As I now find out about 1-1/2 years ago dell changed their policies and decided that tech support would be merged with their hardware. NOW if I need (which I do) any tech support I have to have my credit card ready and pay for it. They refuse to have any regard for the ORIGINAL CONTRACT and after several hours of trying to resolve this, they became sympathetic to my situation however there is nothing they can do. I have been ripped off by dell.
