Dell Computers ripoff, unacceptable customer service, refund check never sent Round Rock Texas

For over 4 months now I have been trying to get a check for $273.50 from Dell for reimbursement of repairs I paid for which ended up being the result of hardware failure(memory stick) on a 1 year old computer. I have called customer service at least 10 times, and each time they say the check "is in the mail" Twice I have called and asked to speak to a supervisor, and after being on hold for half an hour, I get disconnected. One customer service rep even told me they would "over night" me a check. That was 2 months ago.

I just want to know how I can get my money. I will never buy another Dell Computer again, and have been telling everyone I come in contact with what a ripoff they are.
