DELL Computors Don't want to accept payments or is unsure of how to accept payments Austin, Texas
First of all, Dell added a large interest charge at the end of the year even though all payments had been paid on time and way over the monthly amounts due. I closed the account because of those deceptive tactics, then wanted to pay the balance in full with a credit card, and they refused to be paid by anything except my checking account or savings account information!!

Unless they specifically told you that you can pay with a credit card (which they obviously didn't since you would've mentioned it if they did), then you have no right to expect that you can pay off one credit card with another credit card. They didn't do anything wrong here.
