Dell Financial I never meet a company that penalized if you pay your account way before due date. My account was in a messed and it was started when I paid my March 2012 bill in Feb. 231 2012. They didnt apply that Carol Stream Illinois
Most U.S. companies will compensate you if you pay your bills on time. Well, it is different with Dell Financial. I paid my March 2012 bill on Feb. 23, 2012 and they didn't account that payment because I paid it in advance. Now they didn't realized that after few disputes for the fees and collection calls that I was talking to a live person when I made that payment and it was acknowledge that particular payment was for my March bill. They open a case for me and resolved the issue however the harassing collection calls didn't stop. I almost get into an accident when I am arguing with the collection people over the phone with my three small children in the van. I argue that I will not gonna pay the fees because I made my payment before the due date. Eventually, the financial department closed the case and refund me fees association with that particular issue. However, it seems to me that the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing, collection calls gets worst!!!They will call me 5 to 6 times a day. I hired an attorney for ceased and deceased collection effort. Meanwhile, I still paying the minimum amount due and disregards all the fees. Dell financial department responded the attorney's request to stop the harassment calls in letter however I still received phonecalls from their collection department. Another case was opened and resolved the issue and refunded whatever fees they added to my minimum payment as soon as the case is closed the harassment escalating again and again!!! I am so disappointed with Dell financial. I love the product but the way they treated me makes hate the company and their product.
