Dell Financial ripoff Austin Texas
I have had alot of problems with this company. I have moved three times since I bought my laptop and everytime i have moved they were contacted to update my info. Leave it to them not to update their system and not send my bills. I get the call from their collections department saying that i am overdue and pay over the phone and ask them to update. I was told that they would waive the phone fee but I would have to call another number. Never did I get a fee waived. What they do is act like they are waiving it then tack it on to your "preferred" account.
Also i want to talk about this preferred account stuff. I have good credit 660 to be exact and can buy a 360,000 dollar home but not good enough to get their 0% rates I guess. When you sighn up online you get approved and then they send you your product and a week later you'll get a bill at 26% interest. This is crazy!!!! I have perfect mortgage and credit history and get treated like this. They are totally misleading and I saw a post about asking for English speaking that is a lie also.
I got into it with someone in India and ask to speak with someone I could understand and they never transferred me. On a positive not I did business with Dell before and had a problem that was finally fixed when I got in touch with Micheal Dells secretary. I am just going to pay them off and not do anymore buisness with them. Forwarning in delling with Dell Pay cash......

660 is a good credit rating - but to receive a 0% promo at most ANY company you must have an excellent rating which would lie more in the 750-850 range. Credit scores are very important, I would suggest working on your score and trying to increase it - this kind of work can sometimes take years. Good Luck.
