purchased 800.00 computer 12\03. agreed to finance through dell financial in order to recieve additional 50.00 rebate.

promissed terms and conditions would be sent along with contract, rebate info via mail. never recved requested again in jan 04. still havn't recvd. paid 400 in jan04 and additional approx 450 through 9/04. made what i believed to be final amout pymnt sent dell letter explaining my calculations via facsimile in 9/04. dell has never responded to my letter, dell customer support is worthless, no descion-makers ever willing to come to the phone. dell has sent bal to their collection arm, once again non-descion makers (only they usually don't even have access to account pymts etc) they call consitently with threats on how i owe additional 400 and accruing! When asked for copy of contract where i agreed to these fees am told dell is not required to provide hence dell does not believe it is required to comply with the truth in lending act as well as regulation Z. will never do business with these loan sharks again
