I bought a Dell computer on March 5, 2002, for $1532.00. In March I paid a $900.00 payment and in April I paid a $600.00. The rest was interest I suppose...who knows? I received a bill in May for $13.86, which I chose to pay a check by phone before I went out of town.

When I returned I found that they had taken $1386.00 from my checking account. I was shocked but not too worried, as I would call them, let them know their mistake, and have them wire it back to my account the next day.

I spoke with the customer service department, (what a joke), some snotty nose kid told me he was the supervisor and that my check would arrive in 30 days!!!! I told him that was unsatisfactory and that I wanted to speak to someone higher and he stated there was no one.

I continued to call customer service over the next week, talking to several 20 year old boys, who refused to help me, yelled at me and hung up on me.

I even called Dell...no help there either, just alot of sympathy...alot of good that does when you have bills to pay and have to eat.

I just wanted all that reads this to know how badly I was treated by Dell Financial Services. I will never buy another Dell product again because of it.
