Dell Financial Services More than 170 complaints about fraudulent interest charges and false finance charges Round Rock Texas
There are over 170 similiar complaints filed on Dell financial Services
Dell Computer Co. has their own financial service division that is using deceptive practices to extract false late payments, and
finance charges by threatening to destroy personal and business credit ratings.
They advertise 90 days no interest if paid in full within 90 days.
I made my payment in full of $617.39 on October 23,2016.
Dell claims that they did not receive it until October 28, 2016 adn used that excuse to start charging late charges and
interest charges of 22.99% in violation of state and Federal regulations.
Unless I paid them 69.00 they were going to destroy my credit ( which is currently 822 )
Their service agents are unrelenting in collecting the full amount that keeps escalating.
I tried explaining to Megan Badge #456078 and Supervisor Xvier BAdge # 798498 Ja. 4, 2017 that I mailed the payment on
the 23 rd. of Oct. and they claim that they did not receive it until Oct. 28,2016 and refused to admit that the late
problem could have been due to their own handling process.
They would NOT accept a credit card to make the payment now was my account available on-line as they realize they
would be forced to comply with additional fair credit reporting requirements.
There are more than 170 similiar complaints filed on Ripoff Report.com and I suspect, thousands of others that have been
illegally forced to pay improper finance and late charges.
I am seeking a Law Firm to file a Class Action Lawsuit against them.

Anyone with an 822 credit rating knows that, “I made my payment in full of $617.39 on October 23,2016” is not the same as, “I mailed the payment on the 23 rd. of Oct.”
Specifically, what state and federal regulations have they violated?
What was the date of purchase?
