Dell Financial Services Rip-off Ruined my credit Carol Stream Illinois

I bought a computer from Dell financed it through Dell Financial Services for 48 months have a 100.00 dollar balance in 27 months.

Bought another computer the salesman they will add it to your current account, and you will not have to make a payment for three months.

I never recieved a bill from Dell Financial Services until October with months of payments and late charges.

After all most three weeks of trying to get someone to talk or to reply to my e-mails I sent an e-mail to customer care who replyed that they don't handle it but they would pass it on to Dell Financial Services. Then I recieved an e-mail from Dell Financial Services who informed me that they turned it over for collection.

Made seven calles to Dell Financial Services to get brused off and passed off to four collection companys who claim as Dell Financial Services claim they do not have my account. So know I have a mark on my credit report and no one will talk to me all I do is get blowen off by Dell Customer care and Dell Financial Services no one cares that I bought two computer and three other people bought computers from Dell.

This is the worst company that I have ever deal with and I promise that Dell will never get one kind word from me and will will tell everyone who listens about this.
