Dell Financial Services ripoff, false financial report Carol Stream Illinois
Contacted Dell Financial Services about incorrect information on my report. Spent over 60 minutes on hold, got transferred twice back to the automated system. Promised by two workers, Heather, and Mel, that I would be transferred to someone who could help, and immediately was returned to the beginning of the automated system.
