DELL Inc. ripoff and fraud desktop computer system & rebate ripoff Round Rock Texas
DELL solicited me by email to buy a Dimension 2400 desktop computer system on the basis of no interest for one year. I did so. The first unit was defective. It was returned and signed for and a second was sent. Dell has now charged me for BOTH and has refused to remove the second charge. They also offered a rebate of $125. I sent Dell a rebate application in good order and received a US Post Office return confirmation of receipt by Dell. Dell now contends that no rebate application was received and refuses to pay the rebate.
