On December 11, 2004 I purchased a Cannon DV package which was to include battery packs, software & cables, case and a tripod. The camera and battery packs were shipped seperately and to this day I had not recieved the tripod. I was notifed twice of the delay of shipment in which I responded to keep on order. I had spent countless hours on the phone and countless emails with no action taken to even help me.

Half the time I could not understand the service rep due to very poor english. These people would not give me an address to return my item I had to search on the internet and they would never let me speak to a supervisor even though I requested it time and time again. I then in turn decided not make any further payments on my Dell Preferred Account untill I got the rest of my goods. Well it seems Dell is no part of their financing department and my account became deliquent. Bottom line I paid over 200.00 thus far and no tripod. So I shipped it all back with copies of letters to the BBB, attorney general,& my dell account. I refuse to pay for an incomplete order from 8 months ago! I will no longer conduct any future business with this company.
