Dell ripoff, bad customer service, wont honor warranty Internet

I had bought a new Dell Laptop the day I recived it in the mail the printer was defective I called them they sent new one out the 6 months later it did the same problem I called them they said it was out of warranty that they base it on the orginal purchase date of the first one i argued with them that it should go on the replacement date since it was a defect issue they said they wouldnt honor the warranty.. a few months later the fan motor started overheating & shuttting laptop off I called them they said it wa out of warranty I checked online & found recalls mine however wasnt one of the models listed but had the same problem I started calling them again to have them at least check it out & replace onlyt the defective battery pack they have still offered no help. i am so frustrated I paid over $900.00 for this sytem & it is a piece of junk & they wont stand behind the product!!
