DELL Ripoff! No Warranty! 2 Year Extended Offered with purchase! They won't honor! Round Rock Texas
The Saga Continues! Jeff at ext #56313 calls me this morning, January 2st, 2005, at 9:45 and wants to help me or so he says!
He tells me that He and Dell will not Honor the in home warranty! They will not send out technician! They will not Honor past promises and gaurantees!
Jeff did offer a laim attempt to intice me into a "20 minute" lets wipe out your hard drive so I can lose all my Intelectual and Propreitary Information! But we can reload windows!
Over 3 months, every word out of dell's mouth is lies! Broken Promisses! and Nothing close to customer service!
They promised to do data migration to new tower! that's what they offered, then they change their mind!
Dell as a whole, I am requesting that you send me intelectual and propreitary information, you can include banking and pin codes alo, I promise I wont use it... I just want to erase it!
That is exactly what they are asking of me! Lose all my info or give it up to them! My PC has not worked right from day 1! Dells Final Solution per Jeff is wipe it out! or nothing else! I say, enough is enough! Dell sells crappy products, lies, breaks promises and has NO customer service!
