I have Two Dell computer systems and I paid the extra for the so called Dell Support. and that is a joke. I would ask a simple question like What is the suggested refresh rate for my type of monitor and the reply a few days later would be a automated one saying my email was recieved and then a day or two later I would get a reply from a so called tech agent who would ONE get my name wrong and I mean my name is William on all the warrenty info and he would call me Dave, Mike, etc and then he would give advice based on a different computer system. I would reply and correct him and then he would reply and say they dont have that monitor so I would go to the Dell site find it and send him the link and then he would reply with: I didnt mean we dont have it I meant you dont have it. Once again after I proved him wrong he would say that wasnt what he meant either and that what he meant was I should run a Dell Diag scan.

What is there problem PLUS every time I sent something it was handled by a different person so the confusion would get even worse. My favorite part is when the different tech agents start saying things like I dont know why the other one had you do that lets change that back and then we will try something else. I even had one say "Dont worry if we screw it up we can always reformat" WHAT! and I hate to say this but that is one of the better problems I have had with that company.
