Complaint Review: Delmar Financial Group

Delmar Financial Group is supposidly a lending company that is suppose to help you however all they did was put me more in debt Ripoff Orlando Florida

I have poor credit so I had done a search on the web for companies that give loans to people with bad credit, I had filled out several applications and Delmar was the only to respond. When I had first spoken to them they had advised me that I would need to come up with a Secured Deposit of $1200.00 when I told the rep that I would be unable to do this they said that I would be able to pay half of the $1200.00 and the other half once I had received my loan in the amount of $5000.00. I went to Western Union as instructed by the rep and made the payment of $600.00 I waited for my loan and never saw it in my account so I called and at this point I was informed that my loan had been stopped. When I asked why they said it was cause I needed to pay the remaining $600.00 cause this is what the lender wants. All that I was able to come up with was $500.00 (thanks to my mother) and I called them and asked them if this was ok, when they told me yes I asked them to fax me a document stating that I would receive my loan in the amount of $5000.00 upon receiving an additional $500.00 they faxed this over to me and assured me that my loan would show in my account within 6-12 hours. Well 6-12 hours and there was no deposit in my account, I than called to see what was going on and I was advised that I would need to pay an additional $999.00 before they can give me the loan. When I had mentioned to them that they took everything that me and my mother had for the two weeks the response I got was I am sorry for the inconvenience but there is nothing that we can do about this. I than asked to speak with a manager who was ruder than the reps where (it seemed the higher I went up the RUDER they where). The manager had told me that there was nothing that can be done and that they would need to send me a refund which would take 15-30 days. Now both me and my mother are in a deeper hole than we where before thanks to the company that is suppose to help you get out of debt.
