i to was burned by a company called delmarva property for work performed in and around cocoa beach fla this delmarva uses the same maryland area code of 401 its a cell phone its the same state your in now i find that funny i am going to check your info in maryland and florida where this delmarva property is listed ,its in port st lucie which is not that far from cocoa beach ,i performed several grass cuts ,lock changes as far back as nov of 14 and still im waiting for a money.

Hello, my name is Francis a manageing member of Delmarva Preservation Services. The Delmarva Property in Maryland is in no way connected to Delmarva Property Preservation Services llc which is not located in Md. I know exactly who these false statements came from but we are a professional bussiness and would like to get to the facts. Delmarva does pay its independent contractors for work performed via work order. TIme and date are required on photos to meet our clients needs. If the time and date are not on photos sent we always give the contractor the option to do so. The instructions on what needs to be completed are clearly on the work order. All you have to do is read it. This individual took 5 days to complete the orders even though they were assigned late i explained to him they have to be completed in 3 days. He simply agreed. He was provided an average of 4 work orders per property and thought just going into the house and taking photos was going to get him paid. He provided our office several contact numbers and emails. WHich confused our office staff as they had no clue how to get a hold of him. He claimed he sent photos but he never did the first time. The second time they came through but they had no time and date, work was not performed per work orders. I understand everyone wants to be paid but you simply have to follow work order instructions and do the job its asking you to do. He claims we never made contact with him and i can assure you we have saved emails and etc. Thanks Francis
