This customer that I had to unfortunte chance of transacting with, is a Flat out Theif and should be put in a Federal Penetiery for Fraud. She ordered an Item Easton Bag from my store signed for it via FedEx and then contacts Ebay lies and tells them that she didnt receive it. She is a Flat out Lier!! Well Ebay Denied her claim because they checked the signature and saw that someone received it at her Residency. She got so upset because she was unsuccessful at Ripping Off my company. Thankfully with every order that I ship I always request a signature with the shipment. I have provided evidence below.
I show that she contacted Ebay on May 23, 2016 and told them that she never received your merchandise after it was delivered to you on May 19, 2016 at 12:50pm at the address you provided in Houston, TX. I show that she purchased an Easton Lacrosse Bag and it was shipped on May 17, 2016 via FedEx with a valid tracking number to the address that was provided during checkout which was:

I show that Ebay actually DENIED her claim because not only did our company have a valid tracking number it also shows that someone at her residency signed for the package. I do have a Proof of Delivery page that shows an actual signature from someone there to review as well.

In Conclusion, I would advise that Deloris Green look at yourself before trying to demonize the company for not giving you free merchandise, you must work and pay for what you want and not try to Scheme your way to Free Merchandise. In this particular case, Any and Everyone can clearly see that The Fraud is Deloris Green of Houston Texas!
I will be filing a complaint with the Circuit Court and sueing her for this case of Fraud!!
