Complaint Review: DELRAY ACCOUNTING SERVICES

I have been a client for over ten years if not more (I began with Ray Ripley -who was great!) with the WILLIAM M. MORSE DELRAY ACCOUNTING SERVICES in Delray Bch Florida, and have recently found out that I was being charged $225 for QUARTERLY PAYROLL & UNEMPLOYMENT RETURNS when the IRS has not required them quarterly since 2006. In other words I was led to believe FOR YEARS that I was on a quarterly status with the IRS. I only recently found out that they switched to annual reports in 2006 for my company. That means that I was charged for WORK THAT WAS NEVER PERFORMED FOR YEARS. When my wife went into ask about this, she was thrown out of the office - just for asking too many questions , and was told that Randall Mackee an Independant contracter who works there,  was solely responsible and that he is the one to blame. In any case - this is just one instance of their dereliction of duty and how they collected money for work never performed.  They also changed the address on all my tax returns - personal & business to their address without my consent -this meant that all notices from the IRS went to this accountant at his office, and I had no idea what was going on unless they told me (which they never did)-and for the past several years they have failed to forward this information to me. If you google this company you will find he has been involved in several law suits -so I suspect what happened to me is a common occurance for this company. I dropped off my personal taxes in February and as of June 1, HE STILL HASNT HAD TIME TO DO THEM! This is outragous behavior for an accounting company. This company has had so many employees come and go, that they should have a revolving door. This company used deception to rip me off and can not be trusted!
