Complaint Review: Delray Lighting Inc.

I purchased 10 of their Uno Circular light fixtures.  The cost was about $23,000.00.  When they arrived, several of them were broken.  They appeared to be broken during assembly.  You can't see the cracks until you install them and apply power.  Once they were installed, they advised us that replacement lenses were not available.  We have to remove the fixture, return it, wait to have it fixed, then re-install it.  So my customer is mad because they can't use their conference room for probably  a month while the lights are out to be repaired.  It's a new building and they were expecting everything to work and be installed when they moved in.

Normally a factory sends you a replacement, you install it and send the old one back.  The customer would not be without lights.  Not with these people. 

If your architect specifies Delray Lighting, you need to find another architect.  These lights are not worth the money, and there are many others just as nice for a lot less.
