DELTA AIRLINES $214 charge to fix ticket problem, your problem!!!!! Internet

I purchased airline tickets to fly from Indianapolis to Santo Domingo by e-ticket for $622. When I did not receive my e-tickets by the next day, I called the airline (DELTA) directly and was told there was no record of that transaction but they would be delighted to take care of it while I was on the phone; for an additional $214!!!
Since I had to be on this flight they got me. DELTA, shame on you!!! Until I no longer have a breath in my body, and I am a young man, I will pursue you until I get my $214. Do not even think about giving me a coupon to again fly your airline.
