In April of 2000 flying from Tennessee on Delta through Atlanta to Florida, my two buddies and I end up with our wheelchairs very badly damaged. We were given papers saying they would take care of it after their inspection. It is now Aug 14, 2001 and we are still going around in circles with them. They loose the papers, make us fill out more several times and still we have nothing from them. This has got to stop! We cannot even hardly speak to the person writing the letters to us, she is not in to being to busy. In one letter she sent me she wrote "As you might imagine, we thoroughly investigate all claims.... Unfortunately.... there is no buisness by the name of Radical Wheels being operated in the Chapel Hill area. Accordingly, we must respectfully decline your request for reimbursement." But what they simply did not do was get a hold of the courthouse where the records are to shoe Radical Wheels is a buisness in that area. So I sent them that and we are still getting the run around.
