Complaint Review: Delta Auto Protect

Delta Auto Protect Check hasn't been returned to me Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I've been waiting on a check regarding the cancellation of my policy for 33 days and counting. I followed up after 20 days and spoke with Aaron Lynch (a manager) on September 7th and discussed with him that I have been waiting on my payment since August 17, to which he replied that there was a zip code issue regarding my address and the check would be reissued that day. 10 business days later, no check. I called yesterday and told Aaron that I have been waiting for over a month and have been told on 2 separate occasions that the check had been issued when it really hadn't been.

I explain that I want the check sent with a tracking number so I can confirm it on my end. Aaron agrees to send the check overnight with tracking and that it would include a check number. He also asks if I would remove my negative review from yesterday in exchange for the tracking number. It seems the review was removed anyway, but after receiving his email, the tracking number (1Z3F149X0393826622) is not valid, there's no check number included and instead of overnight, his email indicates that it was shipped UPS Ground.

Report them to the CFPB and any other agency you can think of....

Clearly they are running a scam on you. Providing a false tracking number is evidence of their deceit. Report them to everyone - the CFPB, the FTC, the attorney general's office of your state. They get away with this type of stuff because many people won't complaint. They need to be shut down. Report them immediately. You have waited long enough.
