I purchased the "Diamond Premier Coverage" their Best one..... on 4/21/17 Understanding they were one of your best rated and recommended facilitators. 
I had a couple issues with my car recently so I checked the contract and even had the dealership go over it Monday August 13, 2018 to be sure when I dropped the car off for repairs. 
The news was promising and awaiting documented approval Tuesday still good news, even Wednesday but no documented approval yet. Then Thurs Volvo got no return call or approval so I called the man who sold me the contract Rick Roma at 866-598-5429 X 414 , No answer every time but I was able to leave 4 seperate messages over the next two days with no response to date. I called Volvo's Robert in service (760-321-3288 X-152), who has been diligently calling himself with no response after the beginning of the weeks positive feed back from "Delta". Rob recommended I call the claims depart myself (866-598-5429) to light a fire under them, which I have 5 times but even during their business hours back East I always get the answering service in Arizona. Which seems strange as they state "At your service 24/7" on the contract. So I called Robert at Volvo Thurs and Friday with my lack o any response to nine separate calls and messages left.. 

Friday late afternoon Robert called me to say they approved PART of something I did not even bring it in for, BUT NOT the covered issues I brought it in for! Are you recommending a scam business? ESP # 8156502 last six of VIN # 026498

I reported them to Consumer Affairs a week later on Sunday.  Monday still no acknowledgement of my total of 9 calls last week.

Tuesday  (over a week later) I recieved a threatening call to accept their refusal to provide the coverage I paid for in good faith or be subject to legal action! He was rude and talked over me not allowing me to say anything so I hung up. He called back and the same thing so I hung up again... He called back a 3rd time and I answered "If you will not allow me to speak and continue to talk over me I will not waste my time with you".Suddenly he seemed sheepish and said they were deploying an inspector that day from Indio (a neighboring town).

Now it is Saturday and two weeks have passed and not a word.

Clearly these people only want to take money in with no intention of fulfilling their bigus contracts... They need to be put out of business

Hello Jamie, 

  I wonder if anything is happening over my clain against Delta Auto Protect? I have done without my car for SIX months because they will not pay! For work they authorized and supplied all the parts!.   Delta Auto Protect's Golden Premiere package (their best) covers after market parts and used parts.  And NO SERVICE! They installed two control arms after demanding they supply them and cut the labor costs. Delta has not paid. They said a transmission (used) was crated up and sent to Volvo to be installed in my car two months ago... I am diagnosed with multiple terminal conditions, and a disabled senior...     I have explained this and my multiple doctor appoints every single week and I must have a car!!!     Their lousy "rent a car coverage" is based on "LABOR HOURS" (cut) so FOR the six months I have been without a car, I would have gotten  a one day rental and IT IS ALL THEIR FAULT I am still on foot six months later.   They refuse to answer phone calls or emails of which I have sent many.    It is clear they are waiting for me to die so they can get out of their contractual obligations..     

CROOKED as the day is long   I have written called and filed complaints multiple times over the past six months and NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!   I thought you folks were employed to protect the public from unscrupulous businesses NOT Promote them as YOUR top three pick!   That is why I DARED TO purchase their policy. THE FALSE 5 star rating... SERIOUSLY..THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST!     Please comply.
