This is the biggest crock I have ever seen. A girl named Maria called to say that I had been selected for an interview. I went in and this girl who told me she was the president of the company talked to me for 15 minutes and told me she really liked me. We talked about hard work b/c we had both worked at Logan's Roadhouse in college. She then told me I might get a call back that afternoon.

Well, I did and they wanted me for a second interview. THey took me to a Cingular store where I sat in a kiosk and watched the sales girl who worked for Delta bug every person about signing up for bellsouth services at home. She told me that the president made 6 figures and that she already had office in nashville and atlanta (which I found out later to not be true. she had an office in atlanta, then had to turn it over and move to atlanta, but things didn't work out there, so she came to MS. making six figures and drove a beat up sentra dn lives in an apartment??? sure.... anyways, they offered me the job and that afternoon I called to tell them to shove it, because I did my research and found out they were a huge scam. Don't believe me? Ask them abotu how you are paid, (it's by the product you sign people up for) and ask other things like- are they a part of cydcor??? the PARENT company to all this jazz.

STAY AWAY MISSISSPPI!!! They are looking for people like you and I who are young, attractive, and with minds they can mold!!!

DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!

Delta - Trashy redneck women

They called my wife when she got out of college. she went to talk to Michelle and was excited. when she told me about it, I told her she was not working for them because this woman sounded like a fraud. she did work for them. ONE DAY and quit because it was a crock.

I went to investigate. Michelle is a white trash redneck woman with a crappy car, crappy apartment. she has no formal marketing training other than the 2 day seminar she went through just to get her started. she has no degree from any university or institution and has file bankruptcy twice.

I sat outside of the cingular store and informed every customer for 4 hours not to sign up for any Bellsouth promotions in the store because they were in fact not legitimate.

One of My Biggest Regrets

I started working here in 2006 after I graduated from college. I was desperate to find a job, and this was the only company that immediately offered me a position. It was a complete waste of time. I worked there for about one week! It was one of the worst weeks ever. I hated chasing people around the store to try to sell them BellSouth plans. I wonder if they are still operating out of Tupelo?

Stay away from these MLMs!

They are a big waste of time and money. The only reason why the owners of such companies will tell you that the opportunity is worth it, is because most likely they are in too deep themselves and they need you to keep their business afloat. You are their life-line.
It's a very predatory business.

They prey on your desperation for a job. No matter how desperate you are, nobody needs to be lied to, scammed and treated like work horses. 60 hour work weeks for less than half of minimum wage is not worth any opportunity. If you want to be an entrepreneur, try opening your own business in something you will actually like doing. Going business to business trying to get owners to sign up for Verizon services (I worked for BMK Marketing in White Plains, NY. See my threads on those con-artists - and see the lame rebuttals from the owner), is not what I would want to open my own business for.

If you choose to start your own company, at least it should be something you like doing. Not peddling products door to door, and not spending any time with your family and friends. At least you won't be broke while you are trying to build someone else's business.

A (former)coworker told me she took out a loan, just to continue working at one of these places. Now, I know some people take out loans while they are working, but that is usually to buy a house or a car, or something they can't afford to pay off all at once. It's hardly ever so that they can eat and buy gas to travel around all day long with no compensation from the company.

Please stay away from these ads for other MLMs like them. I can speak from first hand experience that they are professional scammers and liars.

Congratulations on not being suckered into this deadend. Delta Consultants is just another Cydcor affiliated office. If anyone wants any more information on this company, search Cydcor on this site. There will be plenty of reading material.
