Delta Dental Plan Of Arizona Like pulling teeth to get them to pay, ripoff! Phoenix Arizona
One year and a half ago I had two crowns placed. Crowns are covered at 50% through this plan. I paid my half ($700) on the day of treatment. The other half was sent to my Dental Plan provider.
For the last 18 months I have been trying to get them to pay their difference. Each time I contact the company (now totaling 7 times), a different individual says that I need to send a "panoramic" (an xray of the site) to have the dentist paid. Each time I watch as the dental office packages up the item and sends it.
No payment. The item is now into collections with the dentist.
The last three times I contacted the company I moved past the front desk idiot. I started with and got a manager and an exact site to send the information. Each of these three times the panoramic was sent registered mail and signed for.
Every idiot I talk to knows nothing of the previous conversation and every idiot cannot understand why the item is not being received.
Obviously, it is a scam. The company will continue to request this film indefinately until such time as I pay the remaining balance personally.
