Delta three ripoff terrible customer support New York New York

Recently I signed up their service, but suddenly they suspended my account "For security reasons". I e-mailed them several times to activate my account, but their replies are the same as follows.

After reviewing your account details, we can see that the information you have supplied is not the same as the details registered to your account. On your account the address is the address in Japan and not in the US. Please provide the correct information if we are to reactivate
your account.

I have not been able to use their service for almost a week. I have no idea what to do, because I'm sure the information I provided them is correct. thus, I asked them their phone numeber but they didn't tell me. They have only fax number on the web.
Their customer support is the only one who annoys and make customer irritated for their "insincere support".
