I recently ordered a camera (without researching Delta Camera 1st-bad mistake). They won't take an online order until you call to confirm. At that point they inform you their "free shipping" does not include mandatory 9% shipping ins. Then they say the included battery is a "20 min." battery and for $89 they will ship the 5 hr battery. After "negotiating" (trying to cancel) order, They threw in the 5hr batt. and ins. in a "reduced" bundle package. Doing quick math, I decided the order was a "reasonable" price.

Expecting a 5hr battery, camera arrives with the same factory battery that is included with the camera from the factory! Calling to complain to customer service, they immediately sent me back to original sales person who was quite rude and hung up on me.

Checking the manufacturer web site, they are NOT an authorized dealer. Did I get a grey market camera? Who knows. My warranty will probably not be honored by manufacturer - hope I won't need it... Why are companies like this allowed to operate? Don't give them your $ or time of day - They treat everyone like idiots
