If you are looking for VOIP provider, STAY AWAY... far away from www.iconnecthere.com (aka Deltathree). They just swallowed a credit of mine that I had sitting in my account and which I had deposited there through my credit card.. and this after a few weeks of the account being "idle".
A complete RIPOFF! I attempted to resolve this matter through "customer service" (a total joke) and got the run around. NOTE: They claim they have no phone numbers by which they can be contacted, nor do they have any Supervisors who can respond. What you get, like a lot of these fly-by-night Internet only companies, is a new person each time.... so your issue invariably gets lost and muddled as you try and resolve it.
I sincerely regret ever signing up with this company, and now see them for what they are, a money-grubbing, no-customer service, unethical company.
There are many other GOOD pc-pc/phone VOIP companies out there, JUST DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE. You have been Warned!
