Deluca Toyota Nasty, high pressure manipulation, worst dealership! Ocala Florida

We went there to look at used cars and were immediately directed to the new cars; you know, the sales pitch of "they don't have the same type of warranty." After test driving one of the vehicles, we were curious to see what the numbers were. In order to get us into a new car within our price range he pushed a lease on us on a car we didn't need with a price we couldn't really afford for a new car we didn't need.

He could tell I was furious about the tactics he was using and how he was pressuring us (the whole store could tell I was furious). He didn't care. His comment was, "Oh, we are going to get this done today!" He actually pulled out his wallet, shoved it in my face, said something about "Jews" or "Jewish" (we are not Jewish but the implication was clear) and accused me of making this all about the money. Well, it is about the money, our money! We were seriously offended by his remark and how he was manipulating us into this deal.

I have been played by the best and this guy made them look like boy scouts. He made his commission and should feel very proud of himself. This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had and we will now have to pay the penalty for the next 36 months and beyond. Disgusting! We will never go back and will let everyone we know to stay clear of this dealership!

If you were being pushed into a car you couldn't afford, didn't want, was furious at the entire process, offended at his remarks, and didn't like how you were being manipulated.  Then why did you complete the sale and reward him for his tacticts?

The simple fact is that you apparently have a history of getting "played" and this was the just the latest person who was able to do that to you.  I would suggest that the next time you go buy a car or make any major purchase you take  someone with you that actually has a backbone and would not have entered into any deal.   But we don't even know if you got a bad deal or not, because you didn't give us any details on the deal.
