Deluxe Auto Sales hired my firm to provide a service. The service that we provided was to create a recruiting campaign to interview, screen and hire a candidate for the business development department that Deluxe Auto Sales was building. Upon agreeing for our services, my firm started working the same day. We acquired over 70 resumes for the position, interviewed and screened over 20 people and set up interviews. The dealership finally hired someone.

I came in to train and consult this dealership for a three day project to get the department up and running. What was supposed to be a three day project turned into five days. We provided training, coaching and consultation to this dealership. Everything is documented. We found problems and created solutions for them. We found that they were not managing their vendors and had no clue about where the leads came from. We setup vendor accountability for them too. Again, this was not part of what we were there for but we wanted to get the job done. Management was very ignorant to what we were doing. A full consulting report was provided where we even provided a services that was not part of the deal (only to go above and beyond for this client).

The owner, Daniel Sanchez would not respond to a call or text to me. I wanted to keep communication with him so he knows what he is paying for. He told me to work with his managers because he has no time for this. A young lady that was hired into the department prior to my services being started had started to feel threatened that this department was growing. She started fights with the new hire and secretly having a private communication with her manager.

Daniel Sanchez decided to avoid communication and terminate the working relationship after only 10 days. He did not provide payment for initial services that were rendered. He was offered a chance to make things right and even an opportunity to fix his dissatisfaction. He refused to communicate and respond to our attempts to talk. He refuses to pay his bill. Stay away from this dealership. This is not someone that you want to do business with. Daniel Sanchez is also a partner/owner in Bridgewater Kia in Bridgewater, NJ. The controller for Deluxe Auto was contacted as well. She escalated this matter back to Daniel Sanchez. As usual he refuses to communicate like a professional business owner.
