This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

They took over a week to respond my email requesting tracking.

Order arrived and it was totally different brand.


Again slow to respond to get it returned, I had to pay to return it.

The FINALLY issued a refund but did not refund the shipping charge.

In summary. I paid them 28.00 to ship my the wrong item.
Plus I had to PAY out of my pocket to ship this back to them.

I order online almost every day and I rarely have issues.

This is absolutely the worst experience I have had in recent memory.

Buy from them at your own risk and hope and pray that you get what you order.

Also, if you send them an email then be prepared to wait 7-10 days and thats IF the respond to you at all.
